Our board certified and licensed behavior analysts conduct comprehensive FBAs to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors. Through careful observation and data analysis, we develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address these behaviors effectively.
We collaborate with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders to develop customized BIPs that target specific behaviors. Our plans are designed to promote positive behavior change, enhance social skills, and improve academic performance.
We provide expert guidance in developing IEPs that align with ABA principles and best practices. Our team collaborates with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure that each student's unique needs are met, promoting their academic and social success.
Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts or Special Educators work with parents to help reduce behaviors in the home. Additionally, they help the parent work on goals that are seen in the IEP, to help the child make the most academic gains.
Home tutoring is conducted by our special educators, teachers or paraprofessionals, at the request of the district. They work with the children 1:1 in the home, to help the child make needed improvements on their academic goals.
Our board certified and licensed behavior analysts are able to conduct consultations for individual students, classrooms or schools, on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or one time basis. They are able to assess the needs of the students they are serving and help them succeed in the least restrictive environment that would promote their success.
We offer workshops and training sessions for teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance their understanding of ABA principles and strategies. Our training programs empower educators to implement evidence-based practices, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional who practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCaBA, BCBA, or BCBA-D. The RBT is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services, which is proven to reduce maladaaptive behaviors and improve skill aquisition. The RBT does not design intervention or assessment plans, but implements the plans of the supervising BCBA. It is the responsibility of the RBT Supervisor to determine which tasks an RBT may perform as a function of his or her training, experience, and competence. RBTs can help make your classrooms safer with their behavior and crisis intervention skills, which allows the teacher to spend more time serviving students. We can staff your district with the RBTs needed to help your district succeed.
